About

I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm a visual artist — and to me they're the same thing. In the classroom I use art so children can put color to what they feel; at my own desk I do exactly that for myself. I draw girls who embody emotions — calm, nostalgia, joy, anxiety — in Procreate and watercolor, because naming what we feel is the first way of caring for it.

I was born in Venezuela and I live far from it now. Distance became my subject: I paint my country the way you paint what you love — with patience and good light. I record my process because the road matters to me as much as the finished piece: a drawing says what; a timelapse says how — and that's where I am.
